As they continued their patrol along the shops, Li admired the small shop owners (one of which a few blocks down had her favorite unagi-don) for running their respective businesses despite the trend of 'super' and department stores. She bowed curtly toward the woman who ran the small candy shop when she heard a shriek further down the street.
Without a word, she dashed forward for a moment before pausing slightly to try to figure out the origin of the shriek. Then a girl with long, brown hair staggered out into the street, her hands over her face. Li moved closely, but not quite touching distance as a cautionary measure as she kneeled down and asked with a hint of urgency, "We're with Judgment. What's was happening?"
