Heading toward the booth he had picked out, he too had grabbed a helmet from off the wall and slid it over his head as he climbed into the simulator booth. No words had been said between them and from what he knew about the girl, he figured she wouldn't be the one to suggest the situation for the simulator. He hadn't known her all that long but he took note of what he could. She was quiet and usually kept to herself, at least that is what he had gathered thus far. He was also taking note of the fact that she seemed unusually out of it at the moment, more so than normal form what he gathered. He wasn't going to bring it up though, not now anyways. If she didn't feel up to this she would have said no to me. He reached back to pull the dread-locked ponytail out from the back of the helmet a bit and started his booth up, making sure it was synced with the one Roxanna had picked to use. He himself had slid into the one across from hers and with everything looking good, he rolled the sleeves of his green military uniform up just below the elbows and unfastened the collar. This reveled the tattoos on his wrists as well as the light blue t-shirt beneath his uniform. He crossed his arms over his shoulders and leaned back in the make-shift cockpit before speaking to Roxanna. "So how about we simulate something on earth since I need to touch up on combat under gravity... How about an island setting with some ocean and ground alike?" He figured she would be okay with it, and even though he guessed she was leaving the choices up to him, he wanted to be sure. He still thought she seemed somewhat off but he really couldn't be all that sure. She is a PO, so her skills in combat have to be good... maybe her performance will tell me if something is wrong or not. He awaited a response before inputting the setting into the simulator, though he was fairly sure she would say yes.
